General
The single cutaway and chambered design of the body of the G5210T-P90 Electromatic combines a classic shape with the extra-low weight needed for enhanced playability. This, plus the 12-inch radius of the fretboard, the twenty-two medium jumbo frets, and the Thin U profile of the set-in mahogany neck makes this Gretsch-built electric guitar one of the most comfortable models you can get without paying top dollar.
The G5210T-P90: The Broad and Balanced Sound of P-90E Pickups
Just like the body and neck, the arched top of this Electromatic Series model has been crafted out of maple, giving you a warm-and-woody foundation sound full of clearly defined highs and lows. Two P-90E Single-Coil pickups immediately take over when the G5210T-P90 is plugged into an amp and, thanks to four-pot set-up, support anything from crisp cleans to brutal overdrive. Meanwhile, the Adjusto-Matic bridge and Bigsby B50 tailpiece accommodate those all-important vibrato effects.

De Gretsch 5210T-P90 is wat men noemt een budget gitaar. Meestal betekent dat iets lichter materiaal qua hardware of pickups en soms ook iets minder mooie afwerking maar ik kan deze gitaar nergens op "betrappen'. Ik heb Fender Telecasters en oa een Brian Setzer Gretsch die meer dan vijf keer zo duur was maar deze blijft prima overeind en ziet er prachtig uit. Een vette donkere sound.
